Thank you for shopping at Jennessee Jaynes!! We truly hope you LOVE the items you purchased; however, we are aware that sometimes that is just not the case. If you desire to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Jennessee Jayne’s LLC has a 14-calendar day window from the postmark date on returns/exchanges because stock is constantly changing. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit only for the amount of the item and any taxes once the return has been approved through email.
Regarding exchanges, due to limited quantities per unique style, we simply cannot guarantee an exact exchange.
If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 days from receiving it to contact us about the damage. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and a description of the damage, and be sure to include a your name and order #.
Please do not try to return any items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc., a missing tag, or any signs of wear as they will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
When mailing back a return, we do ask that you notify us via e-mail so we can be looking for it. Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We suggest that you send items back using a method with a tracking number. Jennessee Jayne’s, LLC is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. Please provide either a copy the receipt, or If you do not have this, we will need to have your name and order # on the package.

Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed, at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Please be aware that it can take up to 3-6 business days for it to be processed and for store credit to be added to your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
